This is a project we did for Starry Night Farm on Horeshoe Lake. They dreamed of having a large fenced in Garden with raised beds. We ended up building two fenced in garden areas with one of the gardens open and the other garden with raised beds. Because ground hogs are and issue in their area, we lined the inside of the raised beds with welded wire to prevent them from digging in. The inside and outside of the fenced area are done with inside and outside raised beds for maximum planting area. We also installed an irrigation system in exterior fence beds for easy watering! To dress up the entrances we built a pergola with custom lattice board doors. We also added decorative hooks at the entrances for hanging flowers. This was built using Cedertone pressure treated lumber and 2x4 wielded wire for long lasting durability.
